This practice creates an offline bridge from digital reading to shared reality. It is intentionally simple. No performance. No expertise. Just honest conversation that leaves people with one small opening.
How long it takes
Plan for one hour.
Steps
- Arrival - 5 minutes
Each person answers: What has felt most alive or most blocked lately? - Opening Question - 10 minutes
Ask: What became more possible for you this week? - Hidden Rule - 15 minutes
Ask: What expectation, assumption, or rule is making something feel stuck? - Possibility - 15 minutes
Ask: What could become more possible if that rule changed? - One Small Opening - 10 minutes
Each person names one small action before the next meeting. - Close - 5 minutes
Ask: What did this conversation make more possible?
Reflection question
What happens when people stop performing and start speaking from experience?
