Steps

  1. Name one moment when your presence made a situation more spacious, honest, or alive.
  2. Name one moment when you acted from speed, fear, or performance instead.
  3. Ask what became more possible for another person because of your attention, clarity, or care.
  4. Ask what became less possible because you were scattered or defended.
  5. Choose one adjustment for the coming day or week.
